Warranty & Returns
At Arctic Monsoon, we stand behind our gear. That’s why all our products are covered under a one year warranty against any manufacture defects. If you encounter a problem with an item you purchased, please contact customer service immediately with photos and/or a video along with a detailed explanation of the situation. Once we receive this information we will be happy to send you a replacement product.
Unfortunately, we are unable to warranty against damage due to misuse of product or weather induced damages. This includes operating any of Arctic Monsoon's products counter to the user instructions, guidelines, and tips. However, if you contact us with the details of your situation, we would be happy to provide a product replacement at a discounted price.
- This warranty covers the product when used for its intended purpose only.
- This warranty does not cover problems caused by normal wear and tear, abuse or accidents.
- If an identical replacement is not available, we may replace it with a comparable color and/or style.
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights, but there may be other regulations that vary from state to state.
In order to achieve the highest quality product, we double check every order that is processed before it leaves our warehouse. However, sometimes, accidents happen. If you have any concern about either receiving the wrong item, a defective item, or if you just aren’t satisfied with our amazing products, we offer a full 30 day refund - no questions asked

If you purchased a product and it is not what you ordered or what you expected, you have two options: You can either return the item for a replacement once the item is received and inspected by our team OR you can choose to keep the incorrect item at a 10% discount. If you are within the 30 day window and decide you do not want the item, a full refund (less return shipping costs) will be issued to you upon the arrival of your return.
Please Note: The returned product must be packed in the original, unmarked package and it must include all accessories, manuals, documentations and registrations that were delivered with the product. Before you return the product, please contact us for the return address and return authorization form. Items sent back to us without return authorization form are not guaranteed for a full refund.
